MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION’s philosophy is based on Mr. Charlie See. This philosophy also depends on the basic principles of arts and aesthetics.
MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION has the experience and background of 65 years. Its basic philosophy accepts the universal moral values and tries to develop these principles and ideas.

MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION’S GLOBAL NETWORK MANAGEMENT
Miss globe Organization is the major Beauty Contest Organization which has members almost all around the world but it welcomes fewer countries because of the insufficient funding for the organization of the contest in the last years.

MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION IS BEING REFORMED
In 1998, Mr. Rasim AYDIN became the business partner of the MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION and took over the position of CEO. Mr. Rasim AYDIN firstly focused on the subject of rebuilding the global network of the organization. Therefore he conducted some workshops to decide on how to set up such network and make it much more profitable then ever. Thanks to the contract with Deliart Association in Albania, which is valid between 2004 and 2009, we have plenty of time to develop the reformation project and put into practice.

WE ARE SCHEDULING THE NEXT 50 YEARS
It has been decided during the workshops that the first step should be reassigning the national directors, of the organization while putting the schedule into practice for the next 50 years because they are the very roots of the organization in the countries.
Appropriate appointments to those positions will undoubtedly guarantee the future of our organization.

WE WILL CREATE A BRAND NEW HOLDING WHICH MAKES PROFITS WITH ITS FRANCHISEES TOGETHER ALL AROUND THE WORLD

Trademark Partner and the CEO of our organization, Rasim AYDIN, pointed out during his speech to the re-elected Executive Board in 2003 that ‘we must definitely create a new system which will yield more profits to our franchisees, or else those professional pageants may not survive anymore’ referring the social and artistic aspects of the Beauty Contests. This speech also includes the very details of the new route of Miss Globe Organization and its action plan as well. Rasim Aydýn also made the following assessments;

OUR MAIN PHILOSOPHY IS SAVING WOMEN FROM THE SOCIAL PRESSURE
Some women in some underdeveloped or developing countries have been still under social pressure and deprived of self confidence. We must become more sensitive and certainly do something to help those women to make their identities recognized by everybody. We should create an ideal model for women.

Therefore we will build a network between the developed and underdeveloped or developing countries where we have representatives. We will start by training our representatives in accordance with our philosophy. Then we will improve the training in a way that they will be able to work at the advertising, production, public relations and organizing sectors, and in the future they will also work for the celebrated companies at the arts, movie and TV sectors.

The national corporations will elect the girls considering this criteria and expectations of the markets. Thus, the girls will not only become the candidates of the contests but also take the first step towards a new career. Our organization will make the necessary arrangements to render the following career opportunities to the titleholders; As soon as the project is completed, the crowned and the other finalist contestants will constantly be supported, guided and educated on career training, creating recourses and social experiences by our organization. Such support will be useful till the end of their lives and improve them constantly.  

A Miss Globe titleholder will always be remembered as a personality who has both beauty and creative intelligence together in the memories of the average people.
This attitude will become a global method which will orient models toward a better life and also guarantee the future of MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION with its own point of view.
This approach will not only accelerate MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION itself but also render us better opportunities to develop our professional skills and also give us some ideas about how to be prepared for the prospective conditions and standards.
MISS GLOBE ORGANIZATION’ s well educated contestants, who were accepted by the grand jury, will have some social missions and also take over some other roles as to representative and to raise the values of some brands during advertising campaigns. 
Having been accepted to the contests, the girls will begin to learn to use their abilities and become more and more matured then ever. They will also be well aware of the fact that the word ‘beauty’ does not mean only the physical appearance but more…
The winners and the other finalists will also be aware of the fact that apart from taking the first step toward show sector and becoming an alternative face for many international projects and brands, they will also have more benefits like cash, cars, house, free holiday and more gifts.  

CHARLIE’S ANGELS MODEL AGENCY WILL BE ORGANIZED IN ALL AROUND THE WORLD!
The Festival of Beauty International Group, which also has Miss Globe Organization, has decided to turn Charlie’s Angels Model Agency into some kind of franchising chain for the elected girls at the contests starting from 2010.
Having guided to many girls both nationally and internationally, this chain will be able to prepare hundreds of alternative professional candidates from different cultures by means of the representatives in each country for the national and international corporations.
